Pleasant Hill Leading Lady (Pecan Creek’s Standing Ovation x Bristol Fandango)
Lady is multi-champion 2009 Section B Black Mare. Black with a big blaze and two white socks. She is a beautiful mover and passes this on to her foals. Lady is a medium, standing right at 13-2. She has been bred to a variety of stallions and never fails to produce an excellent foal (foals pictured below).

2015 Bay Section B mare. I love this beautiful mare, out of one of my favorites, Leading Lady, sired by the incomparable Telynau Royal Charter. Fancy, as she is known around here, is full of type and substance. She stands at 13-2. Confirmed in foal to Pleasant Hill Blue Suede for a March 2021 foal. Fancy foaled a fancy solid black filly on March 2nd, Pleasant Hill Chic-A-Boom (see picture below)

2015 Homozygous Black Section B mare. Affectionately now nicknamed “Blondie”. A beautiful mare with a kind and gentle nature. She is a nice size girl, standing at 13-3 1/2 hands. So pleased to have a daughter of the beautiful Bonnie Dancer. She foaled a handsome bay colt by Rosmel’s Scarlet Emperor in 2020 and a stunning black colt in 2022 by Kickapoo Sharp Dressed Man. 2009 Chestnut Section B mare. Standing 13-2+, Cori is a good sized substantial mare, with an excellent pedigree. Some of the best of Gayfields breeding. She has produced several quality foals. She is the dam of 2016 large filly, Pleasant Hill Tinkerbell, & 2018 small Lazy K Tequila Sunrise, currently showing great promise as a Children’s Hunter pony. Leased to Faylin Welsh for a 2021, she produced a stunning large bay colt when bred to Clanfair Classic Chrome (Auggie), and a flashy medium black colt in 2022 also by Auggie – Pleasant Hill Fine n Dandy. High Hopes Mercedes (High Hopes Bugatti x High Hopes Encore)
2018 Section B perlino mare. Perl came to us from High Hopes Farm in New York. She is color tested black with recessive red, two copies of the cream gene, and homozygous for the agouti gene. She will produce either palominos or buckskins when bred to chestnut, black, or bay stallions. She has good size, measuring close to 14 hands as a 4 year old. Great movement and structure on this girl. Perl’s first foal, by Clanfair Classic Chrome, is a big handsome buckskin colt with superb movement. He has been retained.

2019 Chestnut Section B mare, standing just over 13-1. Calli is a daughter of multiple National Champion Clanfair Signature. Her dam, Pecan Creek Celestial Harp (Janie) is a large substantial mare that produces very athletic offspring with excellent temperaments. Calli is very much a great blend of these two superior lines. Very intelligent, friendly, and easy to work with, and very involved in “helping” you with any job. Fancy girl with lots to offer.
